Ask about a public measure and connect observations to useful language work.
The Observatory site links to methodology, FAQ, related tools, and contribution through Tabula. Choose the route that fits the question rather than assuming a chart itself is a submission or discussion channel.
Retain the page, area, measure, unit, and source label. Explain whether the question concerns a missing value, a target, a percentage, a score, or the interpretation of a scenario. A detached total is usually insufficient to explain the issue.
Read the current methodology before inferring that two views conflict. They may use different units, reference data, mappings, or assumptions. When those distinctions do not resolve the question, state exactly which definitions you compared.
Use Tabula’s public guide to prepare words, meanings, examples, recordings, or cultural knowledge. A useful contribution explains the material and its context; it is not merely an attempt to increase a dashboard number.
For an audio gap, identify the written form and intended meaning before recording. For a dictionary gap, prepare the sense and a phrase. For a cultural topic, identify the source and what is appropriate to share.
Use language references, Academy, and Math in Kifuliiru. The Observatory describes resources and models; it is not a substitute for reading the actual language explanation.
Quote the relevant label, preserve the source context, and explain the interpretation you want checked. Do not supply an unsupported current speaker count or release status to make the report look complete.
Continue with reading the Observatory, simulations, or sharing findings according to the task.
