Planned article discovery and reading

Planned article discovery and reading

Understand the mobile news reader’s direction and the difference between a preview and a live article source.

In development

This mobile app remains in development. Google Play is planned first, followed by the Apple App Store. No public store release date or download link is announced here.

Imyazi Mobile is intended as a phone reader for news in Kifuliiru. Its current project includes an article list, text search, article views, and settings. The checked preview uses sample articles, so its contents should not be treated as a live news feed.

What discovery is meant to do

A useful reader should help you find an article and identify its language, subject, source, and publication context. Search narrows material; it does not itself establish that a result is current or verified news.

The preview’s search filters the loaded sample titles and text. The presence of Latest, Most Read, or Saved choices does not establish real readership ranking, a connected archive, or persistent bookmarks in a released service.

Read the complete article

Open a passage with its title and context. Identify the main idea before interpreting unfamiliar terms. Keep the complete sentence when asking about a word; a headline or isolated translation can leave out the intended sense.

When the app reaches a public release, this guide will need the actual navigation, search behavior, supported versions, and confirmed content coverage. Those details should come from the release rather than the preview’s appearance.

Use the public web project today

The Imyazi web guide explains the related public reading experience, categories, audio, and Demo labels. A working web article does not establish that the mobile app already loads the same content.

Use finding articles and reading context to practise now. Preserve Demo labels and do not treat a demonstration story about an app as a store-release announcement.

Continue with languages and reading context, public resources, or availability.
