Language Pulse

Language Pulse

Read community and personal contribution totals and understand how living words relate to the Mini Dictionary.

Language Pulse sits in the right sidebar on a wide screen (and in the mobile menu). It is titled Help Kifuliiru grow. Guests see community totals; signed-in members also see Your part in these numbers.

Community totals

The large living-word number is unique Kifuliiru words gathered from public posts and comments — the same list as the Mini Dictionary. Below it, Lola shows progress toward the next community milestone (100, 500, 1,000, then the next thousand).

Under What the community has shared you will see three totals: texts, feed translations, and Kifuliiru FM audio. Those numbers update as people post Kifuliiru, save translations, and publish public audio.

  • Browse feed words opens the Mini Dictionary page.
  • If Pulse is slow to load, wait a moment and stay on the page — it is reading live counts, not a static graphic.

Your contributions

When signed in, scroll to Your part in these numbers for your own texts, feed translations, and FM audio counts. Guests see Sign in to track your contributions.

  • Publish Kifuliiru text (Post language: Kifuliiru) to grow your text count.
  • Save approved translations on posts to grow feed translations.
  • Publish public Lola voice posts or Ganuula recordings linked to your account to grow audio.

Tip

Pulse measures Kifuliiru on Lola and Kifuliiru FM. English, French, and Kiswahili translations help readers, but they do not replace Kifuliiru text in these counts.
