View profiles, follow people, use comments and private messages, and understand notifications.
Profiles, likes, comments, follow, messages, and notifications are how members connect. Viewing public profiles and posts does not require an account; interacting does.
Open a profile from a post avatar, a search result, or your account menu. A profile shows that member’s public posts. Signed-in members can Follow or Unfollow.
Account settings for your profile photo and related tools live on Tabula (Profile settings) from the account menu. Language and light/dark theme can be changed in the header or the same menu.
Like a post from the card. Open the post to read comments and reply. Guests can open a post; signing in is required to like or comment.
Bookmarks appear in the app menu but are not available yet — that page currently says Coming soon.
Messages are private conversations between members. Open them from the left navigation, the mobile tab bar, or Message on a post. The /messages address opens the same dialog on home.
Start with New message and search people by name. You can send text, attach an image or file (up to 10 MB), or record a voice message.
Notes to yourself is a private thread only you can see — useful for testing before you message someone else.
Privacy
Direct messages are not sent to the language helper. AI checks apply to public posts, not to DMs.
Open Notifications from the left navigation (signed-in). You will see likes, comments, follows, and other community updates, grouped as Today, Yesterday, and Earlier.
Use the All and Unread tabs. Mark as read on a single item, or Mark all as read. You need an account — guests are asked to sign in.
